Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026. These terms are a template for the operator of PinSaver. Have them reviewed by a lawyer. They are not legal advice. /terms and /terms-and-conditions point here.

1. The service

PinSaver lets you submit a link to a public Pinterest Pin and download the media that page already exposes. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no account. We can change, pause or remove it at any time.

2. Who may use it

You must be old enough to agree to a contract in your country, and you must use the tool within the law that applies to you. If you use PinSaver on behalf of someone else, you confirm you can bind them to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

Use PinSaver for one public Pin at a time, for your own reference. Do not use it to download private or secret Pins, to scrape boards or profiles, to overwhelm the service, to bypass a rate limit, or to break the law. Do not send malware through the contact form. We may block a Pin id or a network address that is being abused or that is the subject of a valid copyright notice.

4. Copyright and creators

Pinterest content belongs to its creators and to Pinterest, not to us and not automatically to you. A download does not give you a licence to copy, republish, sell or advertise that work. You are responsible for what you do with a file after it reaches your device. If you are a creator and want a Pin blocked, use the DMCA page.

5. No affiliation

PinSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of its owner. We use the name only to describe what the links you paste point at.

6. Disclaimers

The service may stop working when Pinterest changes its pages. We do not warrant that a file will be available, complete, or fit for a purpose. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some places do not allow those exclusions, so they apply only as far as they legally can.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PinSaver and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost profits or a file that failed to download. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to zero, because the service is free, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

8. Your content in messages

If you write to us, you give us permission to store that message long enough to reply and to keep a record of copyright notices. Do not send secrets you do not want stored that way.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Questions: hello@pinsaver.download. The privacy policy and disclaimer sit alongside these terms.
