Idea Pins are multi-page stories: a video, then a still, then another clip, sometimes a dozen pages. The Pinterest app plays them in order and does not hand you a folder of files. PinSaver reads the public story and lists each page it can find, with video pages as MP4 and image pages as pictures.
Order is kept. Page one is item one. Download all starts the files one after another so your browser's download list matches the story. There is no zip archive in this version, because a zip would mean holding the files on the server. Each download is a direct save to your device, same as a single video.
A single-page story behaves like an ordinary video or image Pin. You still get quality choices on video pages, including the best MP4 that page offers, and the original on image pages. Cover frames on video pages can be saved too. Carousels of still photos are a different layout and are covered by the image downloader, but the same paste box handles both.
Paste the Pin link, not the board the story was pinned to. pin.it short links work once they expand to a real Pin. If a page inside the story is missing from the result, it was not present in the public page PinSaver could read. Private Idea Pins are not available.
Teachers and planners are a common reason to save a story: you want the sequence offline, in a classroom or a kitchen, without depending on the app. Keep the creator's credit with the files if you show them to anyone else. Downloading does not transfer copyright, and reposting the pages as your own is not allowed. The DMCA page is there for creators who want a Pin blocked.
If the tool reports that no media was found, copy the link again from the open Pin. Idea Pins sometimes get shared as a board link by mistake. A fresh pin URL is the fix in almost every case that is not a private or removed Pin.

A board address has no /pin/ id. Open one Pin and copy that link.

pin.it addresses work when they point at one Pin. If one fails, open the Pin and copy the long URL.

After the download, use Safari’s Downloads icon, then Share, then Save Video or Save Image.

A logged-out window is the test. If the Pin does not open there, PinSaver cannot fetch it.

If the upload is small, the choices stay small. Nothing is upscaled and labeled 4K.
